Mix oil, sugar, cake mix, and sour cream. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. In another bowl, mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Grease and flour bundt pan. Alternate batter first, then sugar mixture. Bake 300 for 1 hour. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan. Mix powdered sugar and milk. Pour glaze over warm cake.
