Burger Noodle Bake
1. Cook noodles in salt water and then rinse and drain.
2. Add the cottage cheese, sour cream and onions and mix well.
3. Brown the meat in the butter. Add pepper salt and garlic salt and tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. In a 2 quart casserole make alternating layers, beginning with the noodles mix and ending with the meat.
6. Top with the grated cheddar cheese and bake at 325 degrees until cheese is melted and brown - about 25 minutes.
