To make Buttermilk Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together 5 tablespoons of the Buttermilk Salad dressing mix, 1/2 cup warm water, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar and 1 tablespoons sour cream. Let stand at room temperature at least 30 minutes before using, then whisk again for a few seconds.
