source: my neighbour Amira Peel and cook both vegs till soft in a small amount of water. Drain off water,cool and place in a processor with all the other ingriedence, process till smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a square or oblong glass dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
