Caesar Salad
If you are using a brick of parmesan, then cut off about 1 ounce (1" square cube) and put in the blender to grate (until it looks like "snow"). Then add the rest of the ingredients and puree. Season with salt if needed. You can adjust the taste by adding more of any of the following based on your preferences - garlic, grated parmesan, anchovy paste, or lemon juice.
Serve with Romain lettuce, crumbled bacon, and croutons. Garnish with shredded/shaved parmesan. You can also add cherry tomatoes.
