- Preheat the oven to fan 180c
- Put the tortillas on 2 large baking trays lined with baking paper
- Spread with the tomato puree and pesto
- Top with the tomatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, pine nuts and basil
- Bake in the oven for 8 minutes until the cheese has melted
- Serve immediately
