This is a "Make Ahead Mix".. Make several and keep them on hand for weeknight dinners :)
Mix ingredients together in a bag or jar. When we are ready to make, brown up 1 pound of hamburger. Add in the mix and 1 c. water and 2 c. of milk. Cover the skillet and let the pasta cook. Stir in 1 c. of shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
