Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Stir in next 6 ingredients; simmer about 10 minutes and pour into a 2-quart casserole. Prepaer corn muffin mix according to package directions, except add 2 ounces cheddar cheese to batter. Spoon corn muffin mixture around the outer edge of casserole. Bake, uncovered at 375 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle remainder of cheese on top of the cornbread and return to over for about 3 minutes.
