Cook pasta by boxed directions. Rinse with cold water when you drain it. Transfer it back to the sauce pan you cooked it in.
Microwave your frozen spinach and Mediterranean veggies per package directions.
Put cooked veggies, cream cheese, Velveeta and butter in with the pasta and cook on medium heat until well melted and bubbly!
4. Now enjoy! (Great served cold as a pasta salad too!)
