Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 dish with cooking spray, set aside.
2. Boil brown rice in water on stovetop. Set aside.
3. Spray skillet, saute garlic, jalapeno and onion powder over medium heat for 1 minute
4. Add ground turkey. Cook for about 5 minutes and add peppers. Cook until meat is no longer pink.
5. Add line juice and seasonings. Stir to combine.
6. Remove from heat. Add rice, tomato sauce, and 1/4 cup cheese to the skillet and stir well to mix.
7. Pour mixture into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese, and freeze.
8. To cook while frozen, cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
9. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
