Put chicken in a container and put clean washed chicken in a separate container. Add salt and pepper to chicken.
Wash broccoli and cook on low heat until broccoli is slightly greener. Put vegetables in microwave. Push a dash of oil on a pan and cook the prawns. Set vegetables and prawns aside in separate containers.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a large pan. Add chicken, season with salt anid pepper, and cook slowly on low heat until slightly undercooked through and browned. Remove cooked chicken from pan and set aside.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant but not burnt. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and sieve flour whilst slowly adding chicken broth until sauce is smooth.
Return the chicken, prawns and vegetables to the saucy pan, stir until heated through.
Serve with hot rice or noodles.
