Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in hot oil in skillet. Remove and set aside. Stir in soup, water and thyme. Add Chicken, baste with some sauce. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Dumplings:
Mix 2 cups of Bisquick with 2/3 cup milk to make dough
In deep dish frying pan, mix 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken with 1 can of water (1 can of water per 2 cans of soup)
Bring to boil.
Drop Bisquick mixture in and reduce heat (about 250) cook uncovered 10 min and covered 10 min
