Pound chicken until thin; roll up each piece with one slice of ham in 1 slice of Swiss. Roll is mixture of flour, salt,pepper and allspice. Dip each piece first in egg, then in bread crumbs. Brown in skillet about 5 minutes, both sides.
Reduce heat, add 2 T water. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, cover off last 2 minutes to crisp.
