Pound chicken breast thin. Season with salt and pepper. Place two slices ham and one slice Swiss cheese on each breast and roll up. Coat in flour, the egg wash, then in bread crumbs. Brown chicken in pan and transfer to oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.
