Suggest a better descriptionPrecook chicken breasts in a covered baking dish at 325F for 40 minutes. Remove chicken and cut in pieces. Place chicken pieces and broccoli in a lightly greased casserole. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and cheese. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Pour melted butter or margarine over casserole. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Note: Serve the chicken divan with egg noodles that have been buttered and had chopped parsley added. Source: The Canadian Heritage Cookbook ch.
