Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350. Boil chicken, cut into bite size pieces, and set aside. Cut up broccoli and cook until tender. Drain broccoli very well and place in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Top with chicken pieces. In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Spread mixture over the chicken. Evenly sprinkle cheddar cheese over the sauce. Bake casserole for 20 minutes. Remove and top with 1 large can of French’s French Fried Onion Rings. Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes until onions are light brown. Serve over cooked rice.
