Suggest a better descriptionPlace each piece of chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, pound chicken to 1/4" thickness.
Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add chicken. Over low heat, cook each side of chicken until tender and golden brown.
Remove chicken breasts and place on a serving platter. Keep warm.
Add next six ingredients to skillet. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Pour wine mixture over chicken. Garnish with Parsley.
