Boil chicken or use rotisserie chicken
Cut chicken into small chunks
Mix together all soups
Melt butter and add to soup
Add sour cream to soup
Boil noodles
Mix chicken and noodles into soup
Put into greased 9 x 13 pan
Bake At 375 for 40 minutes
Sprinkle cheese on top and cook 5 to 10 minutes more
