Korma is a recipe can be made with chicken and mutton
Finely chopped two onion and fry them till transparent. Then add cashews fry both of them together till the onion turn pink.
Remove the onion and cashews. Once cool grind it.
Also grind the bunch of cilantro and green chilies together.
Cook the mutton or chicken in ginger - garlic and one teaspoon korma masala.
Take a little oil fry the ground cilantro and green chili masala.
Then add the chicken or the mutton which is cooked.
Then add the left over Korma masala
Add two tablespoon of Kasturi meeti
Add cream ,curd which is beaten and then add the onion and cashew paste.
Cook it for 10 minutes and garnish with cilantro.
