Suggest a better descriptionPreheat Oven - 180 (fan forced)
1. Cook Pasta in Salted, boiling water till el dente.
2. While pasta is cooking, heat butter in a pan on medium heat
3. Add in onion and garlic. cook for 3-4 minutes to slightly soften. DON'T BROWN.
4. Add in cream cheese, stir to melt
5. Reduce heat to low.
6. Stir in sour cream, milk, parmesan, mozzarella, salt, pepper.
7. Stir till combined and melted. Turn off heat.
8. Combine pasta, chicken, spinach and tomatoes
9. Add in sauce and stir to coat.
10. Pour into dish
11. Bake for 20 - 25 mins until its beginning to brown.
*You can add bacon, mushroom, anything other ingredients you like.
