Amazingly good hot and sweet sauce based chicken stir fry
Pat chicken dry with paper towel
Cut chicken into bite size chunks about 3/4
Add dry ingredients to chicken and coat
Slice vegetables, using thin cuts only on the chili
Stir fry chicken in about 1-2T avacado oil
Move to a container
Combine wet ingredients and whisk
Stir fry veggies in another 1-2T oil
Add sauce and simmer for a few minutes
Combine chicken back in and coat
Serve with rice
