Comfort food at its finest. Stuffing. Chicken breast. Mushroom soup. What more can you ask for?
Preheat oven to 400. Boil water on stovetop or in microwave; add margarine and stuffing mix. Stir lightly. Spoon the stuffing down the center of a 3-qt shallow baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange chicken along the sides of dish. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Mix soup, milk & parsley and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
You can substitute the herb stuffing for Stovetop classic chicken or wild rice mushroom stuffing varieties. If this brand is used, use two packages and increase water to 2 2/3 cup and include the seasoning mix packets with water & margarine when blending.
If you substitute the Campbell's mushroom soup for Progresso, no added milk is necessary.
