chili hot stuff
1. Place a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper, parsley, and jalapenos. Cook, stirring occasionally , until ground beef in o longer pink about 8 minutes.
2. Stir in chili powder and cumin, cook for another 2 minutes.
3. Add beef broth, tomatoes and beans; bring to a boil over high heat.
4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 90 minutes.
