1. Boil the chicken for about 30 mins. if chicken is frozen; about 15 mins. if it is thawed.
2. Remove chicken & shred it with 2 forks.
3. Put in crock pot with 2 cups of salsa & 1 cup of water to just barely cover the chicken.
4. Season with cumin, oregano, chili powder, OR season with 1 tsp. of powder from a packet of fajita seasoning. COVER & cook on HIGH for 20-30 mins.
5. Spoon chicken on to tortilla, top w/ cheese & roll up BAKE at 375? for 30 mins.
Serve w/ all the extra toppings of your desire.
