3. Once it starts to crisp, add the chopped onions and minced garlic and cook until translucent
4. Add the beef and cook until it starts to brown
5. Add the chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder, and cook a few more minutes, stirring well.
6. Add all of the tomatoes, chopped chipotles and sauce, and green chiles, and simmer for 30 minutes.
7. Check seasoning!
8. Add the kidney and black beans, and simmer for another 15 minutes.
9. Garnish with diced red onion, shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
