Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease an 11X16 baking pan.
2. Mix cinnamon, flour and sugar in a bowl and sift until well blended.
3. Melt and boil margarine, oil, water and cocoa.
4. Mix together well the buttermilk, soda, vanilla and eggs then add to the melted mixture.
5. Pour and mix the liquid mixture with the flour and sugar and mix well.
6. Pour into pan and bake for 20 minutes.
7. During the final 5 minutes of cooking prepare the icing by bringing the margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil.
8. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and pecans.
9. Pour over hot cake.
