Add all dry ingredients to large bowl.
Heat almond bark and vegetable oil in microwave or on stove top, stirring every 20 seconds (CAREFUL, this is easy to burn).
When bark is completely melted, gently pour over dry ingredients. Stir until completely coated.
Pour mixture out over large foiled are. Let set completely and store in air tight container.
(A possible alternative for the chocolate loves is to substitute milk chocolate. Slightly increase the amount of vegetable oil to get the proper mixing consistency.)
