Wash the oranges. Grate 1 or 2 of them for some orange zest. Peel & section the oranges.
In a large bowl, mix together the macaroni, chicken, grapes, cucumber & green onions.
In a small bowl, blend the oil with the red wine vinegar, orange juice, lemon juice, orange zest, lemon zest & parsley. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Add the vinaigrette to the macaroni mixture, tossing gently. Add the orange sections & mix gently.
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve the salad.
