Suggest a better descriptionRemove giblets and neck from turkey, pat dry. Heat oven to 425 degrees. In bowl, mix butter, herbs, and salt until combined. Place lemon and onion inside turkey. Tie legs, place on a rack in a roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper. Spread 4 tbs herb butter on turkey. Roast 2 1/2 hours or until done. Transfer turkey to a cutting board, allow to rest 15 min. before carving.
MAKE GRAVY---Place roasting pan over 2 burners. Add 1 tbs herb butter, whisk in flour. Cook 2 min. Pour in stock, bring to a boil, cook until thickened. Season. SERVE alongside turkey
