Preheat oven to 250.
Mix cereals, crackers & nuts in a baking pan, I like one of those disposable pans that is several inches deep. Or you can just use sheet pans.
Mix butter and spices in a sauce pan on the stove, on low heat. Or, you can melt the butter in the and swirl the spices in.
Pour the butter and seasonings over the dry mix, stirring until each piece is coated.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
YOU MUST STIR EVERY 15 MINUTES! Very important or it won't cook evenly.
Cool.
Stir in an air tight container.
Freezes well.
