Crockpot Coca-cola Bbq Chicken
1. Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 3 hours (covered), add a bit of water to the bottom of the crock pot.
2. After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot.
3. Mix together BBQ Sauce and Coca-Cola.
4. Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes (covered).
If you can't find Sweet Baby Ray's Cola-Q Barbecue Sauce, you can use Original Sweet Baby Ray's Sauce
Could shred meat for sandwiches.
Serve with Rice, Easy Seasoned JoJo's, Rolls with Cinnamon Honey Butter, or some Heavenly Hashbrown Casserole as a tasty side!
