Suggest a better description1. Prepare jerk chicken wings, but add 1 whole orange to the marinade, sliced into thin wheels. Marinade in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Bake chicken wings at 375 or grill until almost cooked through and browned in spots, about 40 minutes.
3. Allow wings to cool slightly. Place in a large bowl and then drizzle with coconut cream to coat. Add a handful of shredded coconut to coat. Finally add in the dredging flour and mix until the wings are well battered and dry.
4. Deep fry the wings until golden brown. Serve with mango chutney.
