Cake
1. Combine dry ingredients in mixer.
2. Add eggs and milk.
3. Mix on low speed for 30 seconds. Mix only until moistened.
4. Add melted margarine; mix on low speed 1 minute.
5. Pour into greased full size steam table pan.
6. Top with topping
Topping
1. Mix all topping ingredients until crumbly.
2. Sprinkle over cake batter.
3. Bake 350 convection 400 regular oven for 25 minutes.
