This dish was our family favorite growing up, but mom usually only made it when we had company, thus it's name.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
1. Wrap each raw chicken breast piece in a raw slice of bacon.
2. In a bowl mix Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and sour cream.
3. Place the chicken breasts, evenly spread out, in a cake pan.
4. Spread sauce over and around chicken breasts.
5. Bake covered in foil for 40 mins.
6. Uncover and let bake an additional 5-10 mins.
We love to have this with Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice or Creamy Mashed Potatoes. The extra sauce is a marvelous gravy for either.
