Cook corn according to package directions. Drain if neccessary. Chop onion, celery, green and red pepper. (I do them all together in my food processor.) Melt butter in a skillet and add the chopped veggies. Saute until they are tender. Add the corn, parsley, and salt & pepper and stir together. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and lemon jouice. Serve immediately.
