Melt butter in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Remove from oven once melted but leave in the pan. Add the 3 cups of fruit. Withhold 2 Tbsp. sugar and mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fruit - do not stir. Mix cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Serve with whipped or ice cream.
