Use a 9" or 10" springform pan and spary with Pam.
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare crust by mixing together crumbs, sugar, spices, and almonds. Stir in butter, mixing well. Press into bottom and slightly up sides of springform pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes and then remove from oven.
Prepare filling by thoroughly beating all filling ingredients in food processor fitted with steel blade, scraping down the sides occasionally. If using a mixer, beat at least 10-15 minutes until well blended. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until the time when a toothpick can be inserted into the center and pulls out clean. Remove from the oven and cool for 5-10 minutes.
Raise the oven temperature to 475 and prepare the topping.
To prepare the topping, mix together all topping ingredients until well blended and pour onto baked cake. Bake at 475 for 5-7 minutes and then remove from the oven and chill for at least 4 hours. Once chilled, place fruit topping on top (can use blueberry, strawberry, etc...)
