Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 450 degrees. Saute onion in a pan to soften, add garlic and any vegetables and meat you have, cook until done. Beat the eggs with the milk, flour and cheese until combined. Add onion and put everything in buttered pan. Cook for 20 minutes or until egg is fully cooked. Top with salt and pepper.
