Suggest a better descriptionTake bratwurst out of casings, cut into pieces and start browning in skillet at medium heat. After sausages have browned a bit, add chopped onions, brown for about 15 minutes. Drain all beans and ro-tel tomatos,and mix in a large bowl. Add all the seasonings and sauces in a separate bowl. When meat and onion mixture is nicely browned, add to bowl with spices and sauces mixture. Then add it to the large bowl of beans. Mix well and place in square cooking pan. Place bacon which you have cut into one inch pieces in shingles on top of beans. Place in oven for 1 and 1/2 hours at 350 degrees until bacon is nicely browned.
