preheat oven to 375° and place 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a 9x9 cast iron skillet.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Then mix in remaining ingredients until you have a consistent batter. After oven and skillet are preheated, poor batter into skillet and bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
Let sit for at least 5 minutes before cutting.
