Cathy's Chili Recipe
Cook garlic, onion and bell pepper in oil over low heatuntil soft. Remove garlic. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Pour in tomatoes and add chili, cumin, and salt. Cover and boil slowly over low heat 20 minutes. Add beans and stir well. Simmer uncovered 25 minutes.
