Canned crab with broccoli slaw, turkey bacon and yogurt can be used with the bread of your choice - Pita, Naan, Wheat bread, Kaiser rolls, crackers or use a lettuce leaf for a wrap.
Set Oven to Broil at 400.
Put slices of turkey bacon and bell pepper (washed and cleaned of seeds and stems) on a cookie sheet. Cook turkey bacon for 10 minutes and pepper cooks for about 15 minutes.
Open cans of crab meat, wash and drain. Add broccoli slaw to crab meat mixture in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Separately put Greek yogurt in another bowl, add Tarragon, Chia seeds, and Dijon mustard. Mixing thoroughly.
Add yogurt mixture to crab meat and mix thoroughly.
Serve with a slice of turkey bacon and spinach leaves or micro greens on the bread of your choice (the last not calculated in this recipe). Use your favorite bread rolls, Naan bread, crackers or a lettuce wrap.
Optional: try matchstick carrots, diced apple or grapes cut in half with your crab mix.
If crabmeat is not pre-cooked remember to do that before using this recipe.
