Mix first three ingredients until lemony yellow. Beat in cream cheese till smooth. Pour into unbaked graham cracker crust. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Combine last three ingredients and spread on top. Bake 10 minutes at 375.
Notes: Freezes well. To make crust, mix 8 graham crackers, crumbled with 3 T sugar and 6 T butter. If you double the recipe, use a 10" pie crust.
