Can be served by itself or over pasta.
1. Pour about 1/2 inch of water in crock-pot, then add the butter and chicken breast.
2. Sprinkle chicken breast with dry Italian dressing mix.
3. Cook on high about 6 hours.
4. Add cream cheese 30 minutes before serving.(to allow it to melt) Make sure to stir well.
