Preheat oven to 350
25 - 30 minutes
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then combine all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased and heated iron skillet. ( medium ). Cook until it's browned to your liking.
Sprinkle greased skillet with a little cornmeal to prevent it from sticking.
You can also use regular canned corn . Jalapeño can be used
