slow cooker freezer meal
Place all items in a bag, mix and freeze ahead of time. We prefer to prep a lot of them at a time to just have easy prep later.
Place thawed contents in a slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve on top of noodles or rice and garnish with parmesean cheese.
This is for a slow cooker freezer meal. Make sure you thaw the meal in the fridge the night before, it does not have to be fully thawed but needs to be loose enough to go in the slow cooker.
