2. add pasta to the pot
3. while the pasta is cooking heat white wine in a pan till reduced
4. add heavy cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and basil to the pan
5. add salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes
6. bring to a boil then reduce to simmer
7. drain pasta and add to sauce
