In a medium skillet, saute asparagus in olive oil until tender, set asparagus aside
cook chicken in skillet until no longer pink. Set aside with asparagus
saute onions until tender and clear
in a small bowl, combine chicken broth, lemon juice, pepper flakes & garlic
pour the mixture over the onions.
add 1/2 and 1/2
place chicken and asparagus back into the pan, mix until chicken is well coated
