Turmeric is a spice known as a "superfood" for its long list of nutritive and healthful properties including being a potent anti-inflammatory. This creamy turmeric drink with honey and ginger is a great way to start or end the day and only takes about 5 minutes to make. Sometimes, I have it for breakfast and sometimes I have it right before bed. I also love it chilled in the summer or on holidays. It is a great eggnog substitute. What a better time to be drinking a tasty anti-inflammatory drink then during holiday eating!
