Adapted from Better Homes and Gardens Meat Cook Book, 1969
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Toss together cheese and flour.
3. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
4. Place about 2/3 of the cheese mixture into a quiche pan or large glass pie pan (no need to grease first). Sprinkle filling over the cheese mixture and top with remaining cheese. Pour in egg mixture.
5. Bake in hot oven (400 F) for about 30 minutes or until clean knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Garnish as desired.
